Ratio	Definition/Calculation
Current Ratio	The ability of the company to meet its current obligations with its most liquid assets. (Current Assets / Current Liabilities)
Quick Ratio	Ability to meet current obligations with most liquid assets, without selling off inventory. ((Current Assets - Inventory) / Current Liabilities)
Cash Ratio	The ability of the company to meet its current obligations with cash and cash equivalents. (Cash and Cash Equivalents / Current Liabilities)
Inventory to Net Working Capital	The ability of the company to finance its inventory after current obligations are met. (Inventory / Net Working Capital)
