RatioDefinition/Calculation
Current RatioThe ability of the company to meet its current obligations with its most liquid assets. (Current Assets / Current Liabilities)
Quick RatioAbility to meet current obligations with most liquid assets, without selling off inventory. ((Current Assets - Inventory) / Current Liabilities)
Cash RatioThe ability of the company to meet its current obligations with cash and cash equivalents. (Cash and Cash Equivalents / Current Liabilities)
Inventory to Net Working CapitalThe ability of the company to finance its inventory after current obligations are met. (Inventory / Net Working Capital)
