As a private, value-added service, EDGAR Online does not make deletions to the electronic database. If your filing was submitted in error and needs to be deleted, contact the SEC EDGAR Help Desk at 1-202-942-8900 to have your filing removed.

A deletion processed by the SEC is automatically applied to our database once electronic notification of a deletion is received.
